ONE-UP BADGE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Celadon Markets – One‑Up Badge Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

The One‑Up Badge was awarded exclusively to vendors who booked a vendor spot for Show 2 before the deadline of March 6th at 10:00 AM.
Only these vendors qualify for the badge and its associated benefits.

 

Benefit

The One‑Up Badge allows the badge holder to trade in their TCG cards as payment for Celadon Markets services, with each eligible card receiving a one‑tier condition upgrade for valuation purposes.

Condition Upgrade Path

  • Damaged → Highly Played

  • Highly Played → Moderately Played

  • Moderately Played → Lightly Played

  • Lightly Played → Near Mint

This upgrade applies only to raw, ungraded cards and only within the condition tiers listed above.

 

Usage Rules

  • The One‑Up Badge benefit applies exclusively to TCG card trade‑ins used toward Celadon Markets services.

  • The badge benefit cannot be stacked with other promotions, discounts, or special offers unless explicitly specified by Celadon Markets LLC.

  • The badge is tied to the original vendor who earned it and is non‑transferable.

  • The One‑Up upgrade does not apply to graded slabs and cannot be used to increase a slab’s numerical grade.

  • The upgrade applies only once per card and cannot be used to jump multiple tiers.

 

Card Authenticity Requirements

All cards submitted must be authentic, legitimate TCG cards.

The following are not eligible for trade‑in or upgrade:

  • Fake cards

  • Counterfeit cards

  • Proxies

  • Reprints not recognized as official

  • Altered or tampered cards

Attempting to pass off fake or counterfeit cards is considered a serious violation.

 

Misuse & Enforcement

Any misuse, exploitation, or attempt to manipulate the One‑Up Badge system is strictly prohibited. Examples include, but are not limited to:

  • Attempting to apply multiple tier upgrades to a single card

  • Attempting to upgrade beyond the allowed one‑tier limit

  • Submitting fake, proxy, or counterfeit cards

  • Misrepresenting card condition or ownership

  • Using the badge under another vendor’s name

  • Attempting to combine the badge with unapproved promotions

Celadon Markets LLC reserves the right to:

  • Deny the transaction

  • Reject ineligible or counterfeit cards

  • Revoke the One‑Up Badge permanently

  • Restrict future participation in Celadon Markets events

All decisions regarding badge use, card eligibility, and enforcement are final
