Celadon Markets Logo / Trademark Policy

Celadon Markets™ and the Celadon Markets™ logo are proprietary marks associated with our events and brand identity. Any use of the Celadon Markets™ name, logo, or branded materials—whether printed, digital, or promotional—requires prior written approval from Celadon Markets management.

Celadon Markets reserves the right to cancel and refund vendor registrations, revoke participation, or remove any individual from the event if unauthorized use of our branding is discovered or suspected.

Ticket Policy

All ticket and vendor spot sales are final. By purchasing a ticket or vendor space for Celadon Markets, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined at checkout by our ticketing provider.

  • All purchases are non‑refundable, except where required by law.

  • No ticket transfers are permitted.

  • Ticket Protection Insurance (if offered by the ticketing platform) is available at the time of purchase.

  • Entry to the event requires a valid ticket or vendor badge.

Safety & Conduct Policy

Celadon Markets is committed to creating a safe, welcoming environment for collectors, families, vendors, and guests.

Zero‑Tolerance Policy

We do not tolerate:

  • Violence or threats of violence

  • Harassment, intimidation, or abusive behavior

  • Sexual harassment or misconduct

  • Aggressive behavior in person or online (including social media, Discord groups, or other platforms)

  • Menacing gestures, stalking, flashing of weapons, or any behavior intended to instill fear or disrupt the event

Any such behavior toward staff, vendors, attendees, or partners may result in immediate removal from the event and a permanent ban from future Celadon Markets events.

Reporting

Any incident involving harassment, threats, or unsafe behavior must be reported immediately to event staff or security. Celadon Markets management will respond promptly to all reports.

No Physical Confrontation

Attendees, vendors, and staff should not attempt to physically intervene in any confrontation. Security personnel will handle all escalations.

Celadon Markets reserves the right to remove any individual or vendor who violates these policies, with no refund issued.

Vendor / Exhibitor Policy

By purchasing vendor tables or booth space at Celadon Markets, all individuals and businesses agree to comply with the following policies.

General Vendor Rules

  • Celadon Markets reserves the right to refuse or revoke vendor participation at any time for any reason.

  • Vendor spaces are confirmed only after a table number or location has been assigned by Celadon Markets.

  • Reselling, transferring, or trading vendor tables or spaces is strictly prohibited.

  • Vendors must provide accurate personal and business information when registering.

Table Limits & Usage

  • Vendors may purchase multiple tables; however, Celadon Markets may limit quantities to ensure fair distribution.

  • Vendor Table Orders include only the number of tables listed in the order.

  • Any vendor using additional Celadon Markets‑provided tables not included in their order will be charged an additional fee at the event.

  • Vendors must stay within their assigned footprint and may not expand beyond their designated area.

Table & Space Cancellations

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the event.

  • A 10% cancellation fee applies to all approved refunds.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of the event.

  • Celadon Markets may cancel and refund any vendor order due to system errors, duplicate orders, false information, or other issues.

Table & Location Adjustments

Celadon Markets reserves the right to reassign, relocate, or adjust vendor table placements at any time for operational, safety, or logistical reasons.

Prohibited Actions

  • Vendors may not apply stickers, tape, adhesives, or markings to mall floors, walls, or fixtures. A $2,000 damage fee may apply for violations.

  • Vendors may not bring or promote celebrities, influencers, or voice actors at their booth without prior written approval from Celadon Markets.

  • Vendors may not resell or trade Celadon Markets tables or sections with other vendors.

Vendor Badges

Vendor badges included with table purchases:

  • 2 tables – 2 vendor badges

  • 3 tables – 2 vendor badges

  • 5 tables – 4 vendor badges

  • 10 tables – 8 vendor badges

Additional vendor badges may be purchased at vendor check‑in. All badge sales are final.

Preferred Vendors & Prepaid Vendors

Preferred or prepaid vendor programs (if applicable) follow the same policies as standard vendors.

  • No refunds or credits will be issued for missed events.

  • Preferred Vendor placement is determined solely by Celadon Markets and may vary by event.

  • Placement is not guaranteed to be grouped or in any specific row or section.

Vendor Removal

Any vendor who violates Celadon Markets policies may be removed from the event without refund and may be banned from future events.

Legal Compliance

All vendors and exhibitors must comply with local, state, and federal laws, including Minnesota sales tax requirements. Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting their own sales tax.

By participating in Celadon Markets, vendors agree to hold harmless Celadon Markets™, its management, staff, partners, and affiliates from any loss, theft, damage, injury, or claims arising from participation in the event.

Certain venues, municipalities, or state agencies may require Celadon Markets to provide vendor lists for security, electrical, or tax purposes. By purchasing tables, vendors consent to the release of this information when required.
