Celadon Markets LLC (“Celadon Markets,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) strives to provide a smooth and reliable experience for all attendees and vendors. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued for tickets, vendor spaces, table rentals, and other purchases made through celadonmarkets.com.
By purchasing a ticket or vendor space, you agree to the terms below.
1. General Policy – All Sales Are Final
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, all sales are final and non‑refundable.
This applies to:

Promotional or discounted purchases
Service fees, processing fees, and administrative fees are non‑refundable under all circumstances.
2. Event Changes, Postponements & Cancellations
2.1 Event Changes
If an event schedule, layout, or programming changes, refunds are not automatically issued.
Your ticket or vendor space remains valid for the updated event.
2.2 Event Postponement
If the event is postponed, all tickets and vendor reservations will automatically transfer to the new date.
Refunds are not issued for postponements unless required by law.
2.3 Event Cancellation
If Celadon Markets cancels the event entirely:

Refunds will be issued within a commercially reasonable timeframe.
3. Vendor Spaces & Table Rentals
Vendor reservations are non‑refundable, including:

Add‑on services
If a vendor cannot attend for any reason (including illness, travel issues, or personal emergencies), no refund or credit will be issued.
Vendor spaces cannot be transferred, resold, or reassigned without written approval from Celadon Markets.
4. Buyer‑Initiated Refund Requests
4.1 Ticket Buyers
If a refund policy is explicitly stated on the event listing, that policy applies.
If no policy is listed, no refunds will be issued.
4.2 Refund Window (If Applicable)
If a refund window is provided at checkout, Buyers must request a refund before the stated deadline.
Requests submitted after the deadline will not be honored.
4.3 Disputes
If a Buyer believes Celadon Markets failed to deliver the purchased experience, the Buyer must contact us within 48 hours of the event start time.
Celadon Markets will review the request and may approve or deny it at our sole discretion.
5. Refunds for Payments Processed by Third‑Party Vendors
If a vendor uses their own payment processor (e.g., Stripe Connect):

The vendor is solely responsible for issuing refunds

Celadon Markets is not liable for delays, disputes, or failures to refund
Buyers must contact the vendor directly.
6. Chargebacks & Unauthorized Transactions
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Celadon Markets may result in:

Denial of future purchases

Vendor space revocation
If a chargeback is reversed in our favor, the Buyer remains responsible for all associated fees.
7. Force Majeure
Celadon Markets is not responsible for refunds due to circumstances outside our control, including:

Government restrictions

Public health emergencies

Transportation disruptions

Natural disasters
In such cases, refunds may or may not be issued at our discretion.
