Celadon Markets – Family Badge Benefits & Terms of Use

BENEFITS

1. Lifetime $0 Vendor Spot for TCG Shows
The Family Badge grants the Vendor one complimentary vendor spot ($0) at every future TCG show hosted by Celadon Markets LLC.

 

TERMS OF USE

1. Booking & Capacity

Celadon Markets LLC reserves the right to decline a booking if the event has reached full capacity. Complimentary spots may be booked in advance; however, all bookings must be made under the same Vendor name that originally qualified for the Family Badge.

The Family Badge is tied to that Vendor’s identity and account.

 

2. Vendor Presence Requirement

For safety and compliance reasons, the registered Vendor must be physically present and actively manning their booth during the event.

  • Vendors may not book a spot and allow an unregistered or unvetted individual to vend in their place.

  • Proxy vending is only allowed if the individual has been formally vetted and approved by Celadon Markets LLC.

Unauthorized vending is considered a safety violation.

 

3. Family Badge Transfer Policy

The Family Badge may be transferred once per calendar year, subject to the following conditions:

  • The transfer must be requested by the original badge holder.

  • The transfer must be approved in writing by Celadon Markets LLC.

  • Celadon Markets LLC may deny a transfer request at its discretion for safety, compliance, or operational reasons.

A transferred badge retains all original benefits but remains subject to all Terms of Use.

 

4. Misuse, Exploits, and Violations

Any misuse, attempted exploitation, or unauthorized transfer of the Family Badge is strictly prohibited. Examples include, but are not limited to:

  • Allowing an unapproved person to vend under your badge

  • Attempting to bypass capacity limits

  • Attempting to book multiple free spots

  • Misrepresenting identity or vendor affiliation

  • Using the badge for commercial gain outside approved use

Celadon Markets LLC reserves the right to take any of the following actions in response to misuse:

  • Remove the individual from the premises

  • Cancel the booking without refund

  • Revoke the Family Badge permanently

  • Deny future participation in Celadon Markets events

Badge benefits are a privilege and may be revoked at any time if policies are violated.

 

5. Final Authority

Celadon Markets LLC maintains full discretion over:

  • Badge eligibility

  • Badge transfers

  • Booking approvals

  • Enforcement of safety and compliance policies

All decisions made by Celadon Markets LLC are final
